Colin joined APE in 2005 and was made an Associate in 2007.
He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with an established reputation
for pro-active cost advice and management, and a pride for driving
added value on a scheme. Our existing clients have been quick to recognise the commercial benefits of his early appointment.
He has worked with many leading developers and clients including, MEPC; Magnus; Rok Development; Urban Splash; Nottingham University; Prudential PIM; and Royal Bank of Scotland.
His recent projects include, Bridgewater Place, Birchwood Park £20M (MEPC); Ropewalks, Macclesfield £7M (Magnus); Devonshire Court, Warrington £7M (MEPC); Tootal House, Manchester £7M (Magnus).
