stage marks the transition from Feasibility to an agreed
and
finalised design. Arrived at, of course, in close
consultation
with you at all times.
It’s also when drawings and specifications are produced for works to be priced and submitted for Local Authority approval. There’s no need for you to worry about the paperwork, however. We’ve plenty of experience in dealing with Building Regulations and Planning, and our design teams are all
up to speed with the legislation involved.
