Marsham house is a single storey 1960’s building located in Warrington. A.P.E. project managed, and fully designed a refurbishment of the vacated areas of this building. These works were completed whilst the remaining tenanted area was occupied. The new Tenant for this Building was in place prior to works commencing, which meant A.P.E. Design was able to specifically tailor the scheme to the end users requirements.
