Thomson house is a 1950’s 5-storey office building.
Our client MEPC decided that they had a shortfall
in smaller available space. A.P.E. Design were
appointed to fully design and tender the sub-division
of the 4th floor into 14 smaller office suites with
3 no. tea-points located throughout the 12,000 sq ft
floor plate.
These works also included refurbishing the
male and
female toilets and the provision of a
shower room all
within a six-week contract.
