To develop an internal design and layout for 18,000 sq office space that is divided over 2 floor plates. The building 302 Bridgewater Place, Warrington has been short listed British Council For Office (BCO) award. The fit-out included new partitioning, flooring, decoration with a central focus on a 1st floor meeting, eating and presentation space. The project was designed under tight timeframes and cost constraints.
