Paul is a co-founder of A.P.E. and highly regarded within the Construction and Property Development industry as a pro-active project manager.

He has worked with many leading developers / clients including MEPC; Magnus; Belgrave Land; Network Rail; and Boots,on a wide range
of successful projects across both public and private sectors.
His recent projects include The Courtyard, Macclesfield - £3M (Magnus); The Ropewalks, Macclesfield - £5M (Magnus); Riverside, Cambridge - £9M (MEPC); and PPD III, Cambridge - £7M (MEPC).
